Formed when Guild Wars was first released, the Wizardry Players Guild is home to a solid group of adult members whose purpose is to have fun in the game. We are a casual guild, in that we do not have any formal requirements for membership, other than an obligation to treat other players with respect (especially other players within the guild/alliance). Overall, we are a group of light-hearted and fun men and women who do not shy away from lending a helping hand. We are also proud to have many long standing members who have remained with WPG for 2 years or more - a true testament to the guild's core players.

WPG is a primarily North American guild, with active members ranging from the East Coast to the West Coast (GMT -5 to GMT -8). We are also the leader of our Kurzick Alliance, home to approximately 100 active players. Our main focus is the PvE aspect of GW, though some of our members do indulge in PvP activities at times.

WPG has a fully stocked Guild Hall with all of the merchants and NPCs you would expect for an established guild. Want even more? No problem! WPG has an expansive web forum with over 30,000 posts, with sub-forums which provide builds for every profession, game tips & tactics, original in-depth role playing stories, game screen shots, an alliance trading post, a tech support forum, and diverse posts on hundreds of miscellaneous topics. As if that weren't enough, WPG has its own dedicated Ventrilo VoIP server, for easy and fun in-game communication (free to all alliance members).
